Testing the grapes before harvest.

In this video you will see the process behind deciphering what the alcohol and sugar level of the grapes are before they are ready for harvest.

We must use equipment like a mostimetre (looks like a thermometer 🌡) a réfractomètre (looks like a mini telescope 🔭), a bucket and a measuring cylinder.

Conclusion is, it is time to start picking those grapes! 🍇
