Within Germany, we ship DHL and UPS (insured) which usually takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order is dispatched.
We ship within Europe using UPS (insured) which usually takes up to 7 days to arrive.
Our primary objective is to provide you with wine, which is why we are working on offering global shipping in the near future.
After the wine has been picked up by the 3rd party shipper from our storage facility, we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages. However, if you experience any such issues, kindly get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
In the event that you are not at home or fail to collect your package from a designated drop off point within the allotted time frame set by the shipping company, your wines will be returned to us by default. As a result, we will have to charge you for the return shipping fee, as well as any additional shipping costs that may have been incurred beyond the original shipping terms and conditions.
