Within Germany, we ship DHL and UPS (insured) which usually takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order is dispatched.
We ship within Europe using UPS (insured) which usually takes up to 7 days to arrive.
Our main goal is to get you wine, this is why we are planning to offer worldwide shipping eventually.
Once the wine has left our storage facility and the 3rd party shipper has taken responsibility for the package, we are no longer liable for any damages or lost packages. Please contact us if this does happen to you so that we can help to resolve the issue.
If you are not home or have not picked up your package from a drop off point within the shipping companies regulated time frame and your wines are then returned to us through default, we must charge the return shipping fee, plus any extra shipping costs that are acquired after the original shipping terms and conditions.
