Within Germany, we ship with UPS, which usually takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order is dispatched, which is every Thursday.

Shipping liability

After the wine has been picked up by the 3rd party shipper from our storage facility, we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages. However, if you experience any such issues, kindly get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.

Shipments returned

In the event that you are not at home or fail to collect your package from a designated drop off point within the allotted time frame set by the shipping company, your wines may be returned to us by default. As a result, we will have to charge you for the return shipping fee, as well as any additional shipping costs that may have been incurred beyond the original shipping terms and conditions.
