We love the wines from Filippo Calabresi. He portrays very elegant styles of Syrah from Tuscany.

inf.RarE.D 2019 was harvested on September 6th, spontaneously whole–cluster fermented (semi carbonic maceration) in wood. 5 days of skin contact, aged 5 months in four old barriques. Blended and bottled without clarification and
filtration, left to age in the cellar for 4 months.

Brambles, cherry, almonds, very soft tannins. This is an elegant expression of Syrah with a lot of juicy character and a serious depth to follow.

This wine works if you are looking to impress someone who has no idea about low intervention wines ;)

You could serve this wine with a slight chill to it, but works either way.
