The Pinot Noir grapes are picked as whole bunches and infused in Riesling and Pinot Gris juice. 70 year old vines on slate and sandstone soil. No added sulfites.

Concentrated berry juice, clean, fresh, vibrant, hints of cassis, long lasting finish, extremely thirst quenching. Smells like a Riesling, drinks like a light Pinot Noir.

This is a wine that you can drink now or keep for some time. 

Best served chilled. Pair it with duck or chicken breast, vegetable curry, Any kind of pâté or enjoy the whole bottle food-less ;)
