The grapes are grown on old bush vines planted on schist soil. Whole bunch, 10 days on their skins, then pressed. Aged in stainless tanks.

The wines from Bastien are a perfect expression of how you can capture the terroir and create extremely elegant wines from the south of France. We are so happy to represent the wines from La Bancale, as they take you on a journey of purity from start to finish. 

Flavours of concentrated cherries with sweet spices, a good amount of flowing acidity, very precise, light and clean. This is a beautiful wine. A MUST try! Serve slightly chilled.
