This is a blend of slightly macerated Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris grapes & Chardonnay directly pressed.
When we pressed the juice separately, we ended up with more wine than the barrel could hold. The excess was combined in a tank for a few months before being transferred into an old oak barrel, where it aged for 11 months. Unfiltered. Unfined. Spontaneous fermentation.
Only 280 bottles produced.
Bright, crunchy red berries with a refreshing vibrancy and long-lasting elegance. A perfectly balanced wine that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
