Maceration of 15 days in whole bunched Pinot Noir grapes, fermentation and ageing for 8 months in old oak barrels. Organic grapes, without any addition of oenological products, no sulphites, fining or filtration. 35 year old vines on clay-limestone soil.
This Pinot Noir has a rich blackcurrant and forest fruit flavour with a perfect blend of acidity and body for a smooth texture on the palate
Pair this wine with BBQ’d sausages and roasted vegetables or some strong cheeses.
