Tank 35 is made from 100% Riesling grapes, grown within an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practising for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil.
Made low intervention in the cellar. Small amount of sulfites added.
Fermented and aged in a 1000 litre fibre glass tank.
This wine is the Jura of Eckelsheim taste wise. It's oxidised Riesling from 2019. The power, character and strength in this wine is pretty bad ass. Nutty, rich, fresh acidity, bold and delicious.
You can pair tank 35 with white fish, roast chicken, seafood, slightly spicy vegetable curry, ravioli in butter sauce.
