70% Bacchus, 30% Riesling - 13.5% abv
Tank 33 is made from a blend of Bacchus and Riesling grapes, grown within an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practising for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil.
Made low intervention in the cellar. No sulfites added.
Fermented and aged in a 1000 litre fibre glass tank.
Smells like spring time in a glass. On the palate the floral notes are dominant, but well balanced with the power of Riesling that we blended before bottling. A very friendly and aromatic wine that will hydrate you nicely in the sunny warmer days.
You can pair tank 33 with a picnic in the park, sea bream, white meats and rich poultry, as well as asparagus and dishes in light cream sauces.
