These grapes are grown on sandstone-volcanic and schist soil. 35 year old vines. Fermentation on indigenous yeasts. No added sulphites. Minimum of 3 years (sur-lie) before disgorgement. Brut Nature no dosage.
This Cremant has hints of green apples on the palate with elegant minerality with waves of acidity. Small and persistent bubbles.
