These grapes are grown on sandstone-volcanic and schist soil. 35 year old vines. No added sulphites. A minimum of 3 years on the lees (sur-lie) before disgorgement. Brut Nature no dosage.

This Crémant bursts with crisp green apple flavours, framed by graceful minerality and lifted by bright, energetic acidity. Fine, persistent bubbles dance across the palate, creating a lively yet elegant finish.
