75% Syrah, 25% Viognier - 12% abv

Syrah and Viognier harvested together on September 4th. Spontaneously co-fermented whole clusters (full carbonic maceration) in stainless steel. 7 days of skin contact, “aged” 1 month in stainless steel. Bottled in a clear glass champagne-like bottle, under crown-cap, without clarification and filtration.

This is the second year that Filippo made a 'Beaujolais style' wine, but from Tuscany!

After the first year of making a wine in this style, people went mad for it - so he did it again.

It tastes like a bright pink, strawberry lemonade, but without the fizz. Similar acidity to a kiwi fruit. Even some subtle hints of pear appear on the finish. Juicy, yummy and fun!
