The Silvaner is macerated in whole bunches of grapes with 5 weeks skin contact. 70 year old vines on slate and sandstone soil. No added sulfites.
On the palate, crisp and crunchy minerality with elegant waves of acidity. Hints of ripe apricots with herbs and spices on the finish. An incredible expression of the Silvaner grape.
This is a wine that you can drink now or keep for some time.
Best served chilled and you can pair it with creamy or hard cheeses, salty fish dishes, Slow cooked pork or enjoy the whole bottle food-less ;)
