All of Simone's wines have a beautiful little story that tells something about his journey as a winemaker. As the process to find vines, a cellar and also the investment to start such a project is a great triumph and one that comes with many challenges.
'Arga' means the queen of the sky, preparing herself for the battle to defend her freedom.
This wine smells like apple skins, almonds and lychees with flavours of lemons, savoury herbs and a slightly nutty finish. It is extremely delicate and clean.
Not to be drunk too cold and it still tastes good the next day.
