100% Gamay - 13% abv

Cyrille has 5 hectares of old and young Gamay grapes on the edge of Brouilly in Beaujolais. The vines are planted on a mix of pink granite, sand, clay and silex soil.

There are 20 days of carbonic maceration and it's aged for 5 months in concrete vats. No added sulphites.

This wine has a bit more structure to it compared to previous years. It's a little more wild on the palate, with the addition of raspberries, spices and an earthy minerality. You should experience a slight prickle on the tongue from the CO2.  

Drink this wine with a few people as it doesn't last the next day.
