These Gamay grapes are grown on pink granite soil.
This is a deeper, fuller bodied Gamay, that opens up and becomes brighter with a little oxygen exposure. The palate expresses a dark forest fruit burst with a great freshness and stoney minerality due to the ageing within a concrete egg.
Drink it within the hour after opening as it won't last the next day.
