Sitting Bulles is about 90% Muscat Petit Grain. It's pressed and starts to ferment in stainless steel tanks. Once the fermentation starts, they cool it a little bit to slow down the fermentation. After 4 or 5 days they add 10% of Muscat Alexandrie in whole bunches and it's left to macerate for 1 week.
Dry, floral, unripe pears, powerful acidity with a creamy feel in the mouth. Perfect match with spicy foods, but also a very yummy bottle to start with.
Opening instructions: If you have any problems to open the bottle by hand, then use a tire-bouchon (bottle opener), like you would when opening a bottle of wine.
