100% Pinot Noir - 12% abv

Héléana & Andre-Jean are manually de-stemming a part of the grapes from the stems without crushing the berries and the other part remain as whole bunches. They use gravity to transfer the wine from one vat to another. Fermentation and maceration lasts for 2 weeks. Fermentation is with indigenous yeasts in vat. Aged for 9 months in tank. Without fining, but with light filtration. 

When you open the bottle, the smell is discreet but in time a powerful red berry burst releases from the glass. 

On the palate this wine is soft, clean with a kick of acidity that allows for the light structure and complexity to sing until the end. There are no tannins, just red fruity goodness. 

Need a wine that compliments every occasion? This Pinot Noir saves the day every time. Serve at 13 degrees celsius. Still tastes great the next day.
