50% Pinot Gris, 50% Riesling - 13% abv

Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes grown on schist soil. 60 year old vines. Fermentation on indigenous yeasts. Maceration for 4 weeks (80% whole grapes, 20% de-stemmed). Aged 10 months in stainless steel tanks. No added sulphites. 

Complex and aromatic palette that reveals notes of morello cherry, red fruit, citrus peel and hawthorn. Delicate tannins with a youthful and electric freshness.

Pair with tapas, flambées or couscous. You can also enjoy this wine without food.
