50% Riesling, 25% Pinot Gris, 25% Silvaner - 12.5% abv

Philippe has 10 hectares of his own vines in the region of Alsace, but sometimes winemakers want to explore different grapes from different regions.

When Philippe finds winemakers who share the same ethos as him in terms of the organic/biodynamic farming method, he then personally selects the grapes he wants to take back to Alsace and begin the winemaking process his way.

Brand & Co is Philippe's new project.

Made mostly with Riesling grapes which were macerated for 4 weeks on the skins. The Pinot Gris and Silvaner were directly pressed and everything blended together.

This wine is extremely alive. There is a lot of trapped CO2, which tries to escape a little when opening the bottle, so try not to shake it beforehand. 

There is quite an exotic burst on the palate. With hints of nectarine and orange peel.

Very delicious and entertaining. Serve cold.
