100% Muscat Rose - 12.5% abv

This is not just Muscat, it is Muscat Rose. They come from the same family, but this variety has smaller berries and a different skin colour. 

The grapes are grown from 20 year old vines on slate and sandstone soil. Maceration for 2 weeks. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation on indigenous yeasts. No added sulphites. 

On the palate you may experience Jasmin, a little floral, but more fruit focused. As most of the Bohn wines, this is also extremely elegant and well balanced. 

Pair with a mediterranean couscous or smoked fish. Of course you can also enjoy this wine without food.
