The grapes for 'Matousè' comes from two different regions. Sauvignon Blanc is from the Touraine area in the Loire Valley and the Colombard and Ugni Blanc comes from Courrensan, Gers (South-West France). The Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes are directly pressed and transferred to Alexis's winery to begin vinification.
Fermented and aged in a fibreglass vat for 8 months. Minimal sulphur added.
Matousè delights the palate with its crowd-pleasing charm. This white wine boasts a refreshing cleanliness and crispness, complemented by subtle herbaceous nuances.
Chill before serving. You can drink this wine with or without food.
