100% Macabeu - 13.5% abv

Harvested by hand, spontaneously fermented and aged for 6 months in old wooden barrels (demi-muid). Bottled unfined and unfiltered, no added sulphites.

Beautiful freshness, notes of citrus fruits, pineapple, herbaceous, honey and iodine typical of the Macabeu grape. There wine is not completely dry due to some residual sugar left over after fermentation, so if you like a touch of sweetness, you'll like this wine.

Serve chilled and pair with your aperitif.
