This is a 1 litre bottle of direct press Pinot Blanc. Aged for 18 months in wooden casks.

With some oxidised, nutty, honey vibes on the palate, this wine still keeps a lot of freshness with it's well balanced acidity. You can keep this bottle open for one week and it still tastes good. It is medium bodied. Definitely one to try.

The best way to enjoy this wine is to pour it into a decanter and serve it with a cheesy gratin, white fish stew or a big block of Comté.
