The grapes are de-stemmed and stomped by foot. Macerated on the skins for 30 days and only performing remontage twice to extract the tannins softly. Aged in foudre barrels for two winters.
Red berries, strawberry, raspberry, leather and white pepper notes. This wine has a little more concentrated depth if you were to compare it to their Ploussard or Pinot Noir.
Whether you have meat, fish, poultry or a vegetable dish, this wine works with it all. Serve at 13 degrees celsius. It still tastes great the next day.
