100% Grenache - 12% abv

These Grenache grapes are carefully selected from Philippe's friends biodynamic vineyard in the south of France. They are then taken back to Alsace where they have undergone semi carbonic maceration.

This technique allows a grape such as Grenache, which is most commonly know for heavier bodied wines, depending on the climate, to be light and fruity with a slight prickle of CO2 on the tongue. 

Sour plums and blueberries. Powerful acidity, which creates a crunchy fruit burst feeling in the mouth. 

Best served with a slight chill on the bottle and should be consumed within the hour of opening, as it will not last after too much exposure to oxygen.
