80% Riesling, 20% Muscat - 12.5% abv

These grapes are grown in limestone-clay soil from 40 year old vines. 18 days skin contact, whole bunches. 

Aged for 12 months in a huge old oak barrel. No added sulphites, fining or filtration.

This orange wine has a great amount of power and structure to it, which keeps it drinkable for days after opening. 

With slight floral notes from the Muscat influence and a wonderfully balanced acidity level from the Riesling, you'll have fun pairing this wine with all kinds of food.
