We hand picked these stunning Riesling grapes from our vineyard in Wendelsheim, Rheinhessen. 20 year old vines on red sandstone soil, farmed organically.
Whole bunches, 7 days maceration, then pressed and transferred into old oak barrels. Aged for 10 months. Unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites. Spontaneous fermentation.
Sourced from a small vineyard with a low-yield harvest, this wine offers a beautifully concentrated profile. An exquisite expression of Riesling. Full of power and elegance.
