Lisanne buys grapes from organic and biodynamic farmers. Making her a négoce.

The Gamay grapes come from 30 year old vines in Limeray, Touraine (Domaine Mesliand).

Whole bunch grapes that were macerated for 12 days. Light pump-overs at the beginning of the fermentation. The wine is made in a light style to keep that fresh, fruity characteristic and to avoid any heavy extraction. The wine was made and aged in a steel tank. No filtration before bottling.

This is a JUICY light red wine that you can drink any day at any time! It is best served with a slight chill. With a pure burst of red cherries and raspberries, you will feel the instant energetic kick that comes with this wine.
