Syrah directly pressed, Cinsault and Mourvèdre put into the fermenting Syrah in whole bunches. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank.
Berry burst, crunchy acidity, light and fruity. This is such a yummy vintage of Ché Chauvio and a great summer wine.
Best served with a slight chill to the bottle.
