Apollinaire is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. It's been aged for 12 months in wooden casks, which gives it a full-bodied mouthfeel.It smells slightly woody with floral, kiwi notes and on the palate, you'll feel this velvet-like sensation with crisp pear drops and apricots.
This is an elegant wine. It works well for anyone who wants to get into their natural wine discoveries, but it also caters for the hardcore natural wine lovers.
