80% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre - 12.5% abv

80% Grenache on schist soil with carbonic maceration (24 days), 20% Mourvèdre on schist with carbonic maceration (15 days). Assembled and aged in barrels for 5 months, then 2 months in stainless steel vats before bottling. 

This is a very light wine that explodes crunchy forest fruits in the mouth. Best served with a little chill on the bottle. Enjoy with your charcuterie plate or open it as your aperitif.
