60% Grenache Gris on schists in slow pressing (6h) + 40% Chardonnay on clay-limestone in slow pressing (6h). Assembled and aged in barrels for 5 months then 2 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Sulphites = 0g
This is a more full bodied white wine with flavours of banana and ripe exotic fruits. Very clean with well balanced acidity that plays with your palate and leaves you thirsty for more.
Serve it chilled. This wine works with or without a food pairing, but if you fancy serving a salami and cheese plate, then that wouldn't hurt anyone ;)
