Made from 100% Gamay, this wine has 9 days of carbonic maceration and aged for 6 months in old barriques. No added sulphites.
The vines are planted on a mix of pink granite, sand, clay and silex soil.
Vibrant acidity with lots of red fruits and blackcurrants on the palate. Out of all of the wines that we offer from Cyrille's selection, this is a good one to start with.
We recommend adding a slight chill to the bottle. Drink it quickly, it won't last with too much exposure to oxygen.
