Whole bunched grapes are pressed. Spontaneous fermentation happens in oak barrels with the grapes indigenous yeast. Aged for two years on its fine lees in wood. Regular topping up throughout the ageing process.
On the nose hints of vanilla, sweet spice, toasted nuts.
The palate shows characteristics of white flowers and over ripened fruits. Low acidity, powerful length with a creamy texture.
Paired nicely with fish or white meat. Serve between 10 - 13 degrees celsius. Still tastes great the next day.
