Tank 32 is made from 100% Riesling grapes, grown within an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practising for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil.
Made low intervention in the cellar. No sulfites added.
Fermented and aged in a 1000 litre fibre glass tank.
We love this wine for a few reasons. It's a great expression of Riesling, with its salivating acidity, saltiness and a clear direction. The wine is confident, rich in mouthfeel and a great length.
You can pair tank 32 with white fish, roast chicken, seafood, slightly spicy vegetable curry, ravioli in butter sauce.
