100% Riesling grapes, grown from an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practising for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil.
Made low intervention in the cellar. No added sulfites, no filtration, no fining. Harvested with machine.
Fermented and aged in a 5,000 litre stainless steel tank.
This PET NAT is fun, fresh, fruity and ready to pop open and enjoy for any occasion. It has great texture and mouth-feel, slightly tropical with well balanced acidity.
We definitely recommend drinking these bubbles. We simply can't get enough. :)
