100% Grenache Gris - 11.5% abv

Otto Freundlich Social Boxing Club is a sparkling wine made from Grenache Gris on schist soil. Aged for 6 months in 500L oak barrels and 6 months on the lees. 

Elegant bubbles that gracefully caress the tongue. Brioche and toasty notes with a well balanced acidity. Bastien has done it again, making a banging bottle of bubbles.

This sparkling wine becomes richer and fuller in the mouth 10 minutes after the bottle is opened. In a blind tasting, you could mistake this as a vintage Champagne. 

You can pop this bottle at the beginning of the evening or pair it with a Moroccan tagine, paella, soft cheeses, ceviche...everything is possible with this bottle.
