Whole bunched grapes are pressed. Spontaneous fermentation happened in stainless steel vats with the grapes indigenous yeast. Aged for 30 months in the attic in 228-litre barrels, without topping up.
Both nose and palate show off light oxidisation, brioche and exotic fruits. Medium acidity, powerful length with a creamy texture.
This is a good mix of an expressive Savagnin and a light oxidised white wine.
Paired nicely with white meat and fish in cream sauce. Mushroom and curry dishes. Serve between 10 - 13 degrees celsius. Still tastes great the next day.
