100% Riesling - 12% abv

On the 18th October 2021, we picked the Riesling from a beautiful vineyard in Neu Bamberg, Rheinhessen. The grapes were left in the cold over night performing a cold maceration. On the 19th of October we pressed the grapes and transferred the juice into a stainless steel tank to start fermentation. The juice was then racked into old oak barrels from Jura. 

The barrel ageing has given this wine a round, creamy, caramel vibe on the palate. It's super fresh and clean.
